Job Description

Receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions. May use electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. May process credit or debit card transactions and validate checks.

Location: Mexico

Position Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photocopy center.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, photocopying requests, and troubleshooting machine issues.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or BA/BSc degree in accounting or finance-related field.

  • Experience: 2 years and above of working experience in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
