Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to manage daily financial operations for our hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality accounting, strong accuracy, and the ability to manage both routine and monthly financial tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel financial transactions, including cash handling and reconciliations.

  • Prepare and review revenue reports, night audit summaries, and daily sales reports.

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Monitor expenses, vendor payments, and purchase orders.

  • Process payroll, staff attendance, and related records .

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgets.

  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, taxes, and audit requirements.

  • Support management with financial analysis and cost-control strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or in a related filed of study

  • Experience: 2-4 years

  • Accounting experience (hospitality/hotel experience preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reports, and accounting software.

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of hotel PMS software .
