We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Electrician to join our dynamic team at Minaye Packaging company. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to lead electrical projects with minimal supervision. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure the reliability and efficiency of our packaging machinery and electrical infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform advanced electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial machinery and systems.

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in packaging equipment and production lines.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with national safety standards and company regulations.

• Lead wiring, control panel, lighting, and power distribution projects.

• Train and mentor junior electricians and technical staff.

• Maintain electrical logs, reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or in a related field of study

• Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors.

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, transformers, and industrial wiring.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Leadership ability and experience in guiding a technical team.

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
