Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help lead our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality food and teamwork.

Required Number: 2

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

  • Supervise and train line cooks and prep staff

  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation

  • Manage prep lists, inventory, and ordering

  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

  • Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 3 years

  •  Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook

  • Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Culinary degree preferred but not required
