Grade: V

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilites:
Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
Manage the company's fleet, including maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and asset utilization.
Ensure compliance with local and international transport regulations, including driver safety and environmental policies.
Develop and manage the transport department’s budget, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate the transport team, including drivers and logistics personnel.
Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive, Automotive Technology, Auto mechanics, Service & Engine Mechanics, Automotive Servicing Operation Management, Logistics Supply Management, Managment, Operation Management in Transport Management, Banking and Insurance or in a related field of study
Experience: 10 years for Bachelor's and 14 years for Master's Degree
