Job Description
Garden Hills Hotel is a Sister Company of Enrich Agroindustry Plc, previously known as Tegen Guest Accommodation Hotel. We are planning to reopen after renovation and with a New Spirit. We would like to hire enthusiastic and passionate candidates with the mentioned qualifications on URGENT basis.
Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, catering, and banquet events.
Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to design innovative menus.
Maintain high service standards and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Prepare and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.
Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Work with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and new menu items.
Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office to ensure seamless service.
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Experience: 4 - 5 Years of proven Experiance in the hotel industry.
