Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take messages as necessary.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging necessary equipment.
Provide information about the organization and respond to inquiries.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and order supplies as necessary.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Secretarial & Office Management, Tourism and Hotel Management or in a related field of study
Additional certification in office management or related fields is a plus.
Experience: 3 years of Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
