We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Person Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a BA Degree in marketing, business management, architecture, or related fields to kick-start their career in sales. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will work closely with senior sales representatives to learn the ins and outs of our industry, develop your sales skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Learn about our products/services and industry through comprehensive training programs

• Assist senior sales representatives in prospecting for new clients and generating leads

• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field of study.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong desire to pursue a career in sales

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
