We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial reporting, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

• Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analyses.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and filings, including VAT, payroll taxes, and income taxes.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in a related field of study

• Experience: 5 years and above in manufacturing

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
