Job Description
Garden Hills Hotel is a Sister Company of Enrich Agroindustry Plc, previously known as Tegen Guest Accommodation Hotel. We are planning to reopen after renovation and with a New Spirit. We would like to hire enthusiastic and passionate candidates with the mentioned qualifications on URGENT basis.
Required Number: 2
Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, bread, cookies, and pastries.
Design and update dessert menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and sanitation.
Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed.
Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and bakers.
Create customized cakes and pastries for weddings, birthdays, and special events.
Ensure baking equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to complement main courses with desserts.
Education: Diploma in Food Preparation or in a related field of study
Experience: 2 - 3 years of Proven experience in Food Preparation, specially in Bakery & Pastry is mandatory.
