The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. The role involves building strong relationships, educating clients about products, and achieving sales targets to contribute to company growth in the healthcare sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Medical Representative Responsibilities:

• Selling the company's medications,medical supplies, medical devices to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.

• Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.

• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

• Following up on leads generated by the company.

• Preparing presentations for potential customers.

• Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.

• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or in a related field of study

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a pharmacist

• The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer relationship management skills, adaptability, and proven sales records.
