We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize the manufacturing processes within our facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production activities to ensure efficient operations, meet production targets, and maintain high-quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet production goals and customer requirements

• Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process

• Lead, motivate, and develop production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, or in a related field of study

• Experience: 5 years of work experience out of which 3 years of experience in related field

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
