Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Required Number: 4

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the Tour

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  • Process transactions and manage the cash register

  • Pass on Customers complaints to immediate supervisors unprejudiced

  • Ensure accurate information is delivered to customers

  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

  • Perform other duties when assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or in a related field of study

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years of working experience

Required Skill:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent problem solving

  • Excellent customer service ability

  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations

  • Experience with customer service software, databases and CRM tools

  •  Smiling
