We are seeking an Export Manager to spearhead our international sales and distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing international buyers for our different products, managing export operations, and building long-term business relationships globally. This role requires expertise in global trade, strong negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to expand international footprint.

Salary: 30,000 Birr

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Business Development

• Identify international markets and potential buyers for our products.

• Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competition.

• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate key global markets.

• Sales & Client Relations.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international buyers.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in export management, preferably in the food or supplement industry.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and logistics.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
