We are looking for a motivated Horticulture graduate to join our team as a Greenhouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, hardworking, and able to support daily greenhouse operations. Training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily greenhouse activities (watering, pruning, planting, fertilizing).

• Check plant health and report any issues (pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies).

• Supervise greenhouse workers and coordinate daily tasks.

• Ensure proper greenhouse hygiene, irrigation management, and climate control.

• Keep simple records on production, inputs, and plant performance.

• Follow instructions from the farm/agronomy manager.

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications

• Education: BSc degree in Horticulture, Floriculture, Plant Science, or related field.

• Experience: No experience required — on-the-job training provided.

• Basic knowledge of plant care and greenhouse practices.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in greenhouse/field conditions.

Preferred Qualities

• Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Ability to supervise workers respectfully.

• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
