Role Description:

  • As the Product Manager at HaHuJobs, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our job-matching features, ensuring that users have a seamless and rewarding experience. Your leadership will guide the product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive the execution of updates that align with our mission and business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy based on user needs and market demands.

  • Analyze product performance data to optimize features and usability.

  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver innovative and user-focused solutions.

  • Manage the HaHuJobs platform dashboard, ensuring that all statistics are accurate and up-to-date, and provide actionable insights for both job seekers and employers.

  • Monitor user engagement and platform performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Identify and troubleshoot problems within the platform’s console, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.

  • Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, as well as market trends within the recruitment industry.

  • Utilize insights gathered from user feedback and market analysis to inform product enhancements and feature prioritization.

  • Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with HaHuJobs’ strategic objectives.

  • Work with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications for new features and improvements.

  • Lead the implementation of product updates and new features, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure that all teams are aligned and prepared for launches.

  • Work cross-functionally with development, marketing, and customer support teams to address technical challenges and optimize user experiences.

  • Communicate product needs and updates clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the platform.

  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the user experience, making job matching and recruitment processes more efficient and effective.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing Management, Business, Computer Science, or in any related discipline.

  • Experience: 3 years of Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech or recruitment-focused environment.

  • Strong technical understanding of dashboard management, statistics handling, and console troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with job matching algorithms, recruitment workflows, and user experience design principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address platform issues and optimize performance.

  • Ability to collaborate with development teams and communicate product requirements and needs.

  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to improving user experiences in the recruitment space.
