Job Description
EGSM App is a cutting-edge platform designed to provide real-time information about gas station queues and fuel availability in Addis Ababa. We are looking for a reliable and organized Supervisor to manage our team of queue reporting employees and ensure accurate, timely data collection.
EGSM App helps users locate gas stations and access real-time fuel availability in Addis Ababa. We seek a dedicated Manager to oversee our reporting team and ensure accurate data collection.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be willing to travel to 10-12 gas stations multiple times to make sure the data submitted by employees is accurate.
Supervise and coordinate gas station reporters.
Monitor start and finish times and ensure accurate reporting.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Train reporters and evaluate performance.
Act as the main contact between reporters and management.
Generate reports and suggest process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related field of study
Experience: 1 year of work Previous experience in supervisory or team management roles.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with mobile applications and real-time reporting.
Excellent communication skills in both Amharic and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
Net 10k ETB + taxi costs + 4GB data
