Our mission is to provide our customers with innovative and personalized solutions that enhance their living spaces. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drafting Officer with a TVET Drafting educational background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in design and customer support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs of kitchen cabinets and other furniture using drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).

• Take precise measurements of customer spaces to ensure accurate design and fit.

• Recommend suitable designs and layouts based on customer requirements and space constraints.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

• Provide design recommendations and visualizations to help customers make informed decisions.

• Address customer inquiries and provide technical support throughout the design and sales process.

• Assist the sales team by preparing design proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in showroom activities to showcase design capabilities and product offerings.

• Prepare and maintain accurate design drawings, measurements, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed as planned.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design techniques.

• Continuously improve drafting and design skills to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Education: TVET Certificate or Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in drafting or design (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Required Skillls:

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of kitchen cabinet design and space planning.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and designs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for design and creativity.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
