Job Description

Call centre operators handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. They call existing and prospective customers to promote goods and services. They also obtain sales and arrange sales visits.

Job Location: Addis Ababa, Gurd Shola Abbaye Building 2nd Floor

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Management, or in a related field of study. Proficiency in Amharic, English, Oromiffa, and Tifrigna language is required.

  • Previous work experience in a call center is prefered.
