Job Position: Fleet Officer

Location: Bole Morning Star, 4th Floor, House No. 403/b, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Salary: As per the Company Scale

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company's fleet operations 

• Schedule and track vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs 

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and insurance policies 

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and expenses 

• Coordinate driver assignments and ensure efficient fleet utilization 

• Handle vehicle registration, licensing, and renewals 

• Report on fleet performance and suggest improvements 

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related field of study

• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Fleet Management or in a related role and a Valid Driving License (is Mandatory)

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills  

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and logistics  

• Proficiency in fleet management software is a plus  

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
