We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This position requires a proactive individual with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

• Generate regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

• Manage and organize sales documentation, contracts, and correspondence.

• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to clients.

• Maintain up-to-date records of sales, orders, and customer accounts in the CRM system.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, or in a related field of study

• Experience: 5 years in the Manufacturing industry is preferable.

• Oromo Language is preferable

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
