Storekeepers are to control all activities in the Stores Department, ensure quality and quantity of materials, and maintain proper records. They are also responsible for initiating purchase requisitions when stock levels approach minimum limits, stopping purchases when maximum limits are reached, receiving and storing purchased materials, reserving materials for specific users, and issuing materials only in authorized quantities while periodically checking physical stock against book balances.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations

• Maintain inventory

• Order and restock supplies

Job Requirements

• BA Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, or in a related field with relevant work experience.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience as a store keeper.
