A Senior Sanitary Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of sanitation systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They manage wastewater treatment, drainage, and plumbing systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage sanitary and plumbing works on construction sites

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and sewage systems

• Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues to ensure proper functionality

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in sanitary installations

• Supervise and train junior plumbers and technicians

• Maintain records of work completed, inspections, and maintenance schedules

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Plumbing, Sanitary Engineering or in a related field of study

• Experience: 5 years of work experience in sanitary installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in building construction

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of water supply systems, drainage, sewage systems, and sanitary fittings

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing schematics

• Experience in supervising plumbing teams and ensuring high-quality installation

• Familiarity with safety regulations, plumbing codes, and water conservation methods
