Minaye PLC is seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented data analyst expert to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing data, and providing insights that drive key business decisions, particularly related to cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.

• Collect and analyze cost-related data to guide pricing, budgeting, and cost-saving strategies.

• Provide clear, actionable insights that support business growth and cost optimization.

• Develop and manage cost policies and ensure adherence to best practices in cost control.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 4 - 7 years of working experience

• Proven experience as a Cost Analyst, preferably in the farming industry.

• Candidates with prior experience in the farming industry are strongly preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other data analysis tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
