Job Description
Garden Hills Hotel is a Sister Company of Enrich Agroindustry Plc, previously known as Tegen Guest Accommodation Hotel. We are planning to reopen after renovation and with a New Spirit. We would like to hire enthusiastic and passionate candidates with the mentioned qualifications on URGENT basis.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Recruit, train, and manage front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bellboys.
Oversee room bookings and ensure optimal room allocation.
Manage front office budgets and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures.
Work closely with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guest arrivals.
Enforce hotel policies, including check-in requirements and guest conduct rules.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Experience: 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Customer Handling, Reception and related areas preferably in a Hotel environment is a plus.
