We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to support our meeting hall and catering operations. This role assists with client bookings, event planning, setup coordination, and ensuring smooth event execution from start to finish

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Assist clients with inquiries, hall viewings, and booking details.

• Coordinate event timelines, floor plans, and requirements.

• Work closely with the Event Manager, hall staff, kitchen team, and vendors.

• Support the setup of hall arrangements (tables, décor, setup).

• Confirm catering orders and ensure accurate menu details.

• Be present during events to assist with guest needs and handle issues quickly.

• Maintain communication with clients before and during their event.

• Oversee checklists, schedules, and event-day logistics.

• Ensure the hall is prepared before each event and properly closed after.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Service and Tourism Management or in a related field of study

• Experience: 1-3 years

• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Professional, friendly, and detail-focused.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events are scheduled.

• Knowledge of catering or banquet operations is a bonus.
