Coordinating stores activities with those of field personnel and for determining minimum stock levels and reordering quantities

Required Number: 3

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain Receipts with GRV, Records with stock card and ledger, and withdrawals with SIV. 

  • Receive and stock supplies.

  • Checks and reconciles actual stock items against stock balances.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Accounting or in any related field of studies. 

  • Experience: 1 year for BA Degree

Critical Skills Required

  • Computer skills, 

  • Interpersonal skills

  • inventory management and

  • Data entry skills.
