Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks 

  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documents 

  • Assist management with scheduling, reports, and correspondence 

  • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and staff 

  • Ensure smooth office functioning and support various departments 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years and above proven expereince in office administration or in a related role
