Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and organize records, files, and documents
Assist management with scheduling, reports, and correspondence
Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and staff
Ensure smooth office functioning and support various departments
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 2 years and above proven expereince in office administration or in a related role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
