Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and secure storage of documents and correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, arrange venues, and manage diaries and travel arrangements for staff or executives

  • Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical.

  • Assist in the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.

  • Support the office in coordinating travel arrangements and managing schedules.

  • Order and manage office supplies and maintain office equipment.
