Job Description

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, new business development, and promotion of the company’s medical device portfolio. This role requires strong industry expertise, the ability to build long-term customer relationships, and a proven record of success in medical device sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Manage and expand key accounts across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory

  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training to clinical and non- clinical stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer support teams to optimize customer experience

  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations in alignment with company policies

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategy

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members as required

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of successful experience in medical device sales

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and purchasing processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling capital equipment or high-value medical devices

  • Established relationships within hospitals or healthcare networks

  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners
