Goh Manufacturing PLC is seeking a high-energy, creative, and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing & Sales Growth Specialist. This is a pivotal role designed to bridge the gap between digital engagement and physical sales. The successful candidate will be the "voice and face" of our Electric Vehicle (EV) brand, responsible for creating daily high-impact content and converting digital followers into confirmed buyers across Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Lead the company’s countrywide digital promotion strategy across TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, and other platforms.

• Content Creation (Mandatory): Independently produce, edit, and post daily high-quality digital content (short-form videos, graphics, and storytelling) to promote EV benefits.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively manage inquiries, generate high-quality leads, and work with sales teams to convert engagement into vehicle sales.

• Brand Growth: Increase brand visibility and position Goh Manufacturing as the market leader in the Ethiopian EV sector.

• Network Coordination: Coordinate with agents nationwide to ensure immediate follow- up on digital leads.

• Performance Tracking: Achieve defined monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in hands-on digital marketing and content- driven sales growth.

• Technical Skills: Advanced skills in mobile video editing (CapCut, etc.) and graphic design tools.

• Social Media Mastery: Demonstrated success in growing TikTok and Facebook accounts for business (Portfolio/links required).

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Amharic and English.
