Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target companies that regularly ship goods, including manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, importers, forwarders, and NGOs.

  • Research potential clients across industries like FMCG, construction, agriculture, retail, and manufacturing.

  • Approach transportation providers, including independent truck owners and fleet operators, to register and integrate them into our network.

  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms that align with company goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in logistics, procurement, and operations teams.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for both corporate accounts and transporter sign-ups.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and Shipments. 

  • Collaborate with operations and customer support to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to improve our value proposition.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.

  •  Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight, transport, or enterprise software.

  • Strong networking skills and a robust understanding of how to approach corporate accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
