Position Overview / Scope of the Role

The Business Performance Analyst is responsible for enabling strategy execution, performance tracking, reporting discipline, and operating rhythm inside each assigned subsidiary. The role ensures that business priorities are translated into measurable actions, dashboards are maintained with real data, and execution is followed through using the OVID Operating System (People, Strategy, Execution, Cash).
The position serves as a cross-functional performance enabler working directly with the Subsidiary CEO and key departments (Finance, Operations, Projects, HR/People) to support decision-making through structured data, dashboard reporting, issue tracking, and actionable insights.
This is a high-exposure position suitable for analytical, organized, and solution-focused talent who wants to sit close to leadership and drive execution results at subsidiary level.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy Alignment & Execution Support
• Support the CEO in updating and maintaining annual/quarterly priorities.
• Ensure the OPSP (One Page Strategic Plan) is always current, visible and actively used.
• Assist in running structured weekly and monthly business performance meetings.

Cross-Functional Integration & Operating System Implementation
• Embed OVID Scaling Up routines across People, Strategy, Execution and Cash pillars.
• Align departmental KPIs, reporting formats and plans with OPSP and group guidelines.
• Track decisions and action items with clear deadlines and follow-through discipline.
• Identify bottlenecks across departments and suggest solution paths before escalation.

Business Dashboards & Insights Reporting
• Build KPI dashboards covering revenue, cash collections, margin, project progress etc.
• Analyze performance data to highlight variances, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready reports for Subsidiary CEO and Deputy Group CEO office.

Project Execution Tracking
• Track key initiatives with milestones and monthly execution status.
• Support Finance & Projects teams with cost-to-progress monitoring and cash impact.
• Promote a no-data-no-decision culture in management meetings.

Liaison Between Subsidiary & OVID Holding
• Serve as primary link with Deputy CEO’s Office for reporting, OS tools & submissions.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for group dashboards and leadership reviews.
• Maintain uniformity of templates, reporting structure and documentation quality.

Data Quality & Discipline
• Improve accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data across departments.
• Support adoption and proper use of ERP/Odoo, MIS dashboards and reporting tools.
• Reinforce structured documentation and information management habits.

Job Requirements

• BA/BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in business analysis, strategy, FP&A, PMO, consulting or performance management roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivot, dashboards, modelling).
• Experience working with ERP/BI tools (Odoo advantage).
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and summaries for leadership reviews.
