Job Description

Pave Logistics and Trading P.L.C. is seeking a dedicated and organized Inventory Officer to join our Human Capital & Asset Administration department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and control of company vehicles, spare parts, and overall property.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control: Manage and control inventory for all company vehicles, including heavy trucks, medium, and light vehicles.

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the inflow and outflow of spare parts and other items in the warehouse.

  • Asset Tracking: Assign unique identification codes for high-value items such as tires and batteries, and control their issuance.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Identify spare parts requiring repair and coordinate with workshop personnel.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Process Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) for all purchased items and prepare weekly reports on inventory movement.

  • Facility Oversight: Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper arrangement, and protection of stored items.

  • Gate Control: Monitor the gate pass system for items entering or leaving the garage.

Job Requirements

  •  Education: BA Degree or Diploma from a recognized university in Social Science or related fields.

  •  Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in inventory or property management.

  • Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills.
