We are seeking skilled and detailed- oriented Chinese Language Translators at Blue Elephant Fiberboard Manufacturing Plc plays a critical role in facilitating effective communication within an organization and with external. This full-time position is designed for mid-level professionals with 3-5 years of experience, working in an office environment in the South Ethiopia Regional State. The translator will be responsible for accurately translating, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that language barriers do not hinder business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Chinese to Amharic or English and vice versa with high accuracy.

• Facilitate verbal communication during meetings, ensuring clarity and understanding among participants.

• Provide cultural insights to enhance communication effectiveness.

• Support training sessions for staff on effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Continuously improve language skills and stay updated with industry trends and changes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualification:

• Degree in Translation, Linguistics or related field.

• Proven 3 years of experience as a translator
