Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms

  • Maintain office correspondence, emails, and documentation

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area

  • Support administrative and HR-related tasks when required

Job Requirements

Experience Required: 

Minimum 2 years
Education:

  • Any bachelor’s degree (any field)

  • Only Female 

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused attitude

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Professional appearance and behavior
