Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office activities and handle visitors professionally

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Prepare, file, and organize office documents and records

  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate basic office needs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in secretarial science or related field

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

  • Prior experience is an advantage
