Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Laboratory Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 1–2 years in a procurement position role, preferably in laboratory, hospital or healthcare setting Duties and Responsibilities: - Collect Performa invoices for necessary procurements to ensure timely submission and approval. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures in the collection and analysis of perform invoices. - Coordinate with the procurement committee to open, analyze, and submit collected performs for decision-making. - Ensure that approved procurement items are purchased within the specified timeframe. - Work closely with the finance team to ensure the timely release of purchase funds. - Follow up on the procurement process to ensure that purchases are made in accordance with the approved procurement plan. - Support in the bids Evaluations/ analysis for all purchases - Monitor and execute tender processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive and fair bidding.

BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Trade or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Stay updated with customs laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance with import and export requirements. - Classify products according to customs tariff codes and ensure accurate declaration of goods. - Review and validate customs documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance forms, for accuracy and completeness.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Review delivery schedules, documents, and packing lists prior to departure.  - Load supplies securely to prevent damage or contamination during transit.  - Coordinate with mall security or management regarding delivery time windows, access routes, and loading/unloading requirements. 

Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements. - Identify potential suppliers and obtain price quotations, samples, and product specifications. - Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

MA or BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Using ERP and IFMIS, make sure all regional property and asset management transactions are tracked, recorded, updated and report submitted periodically to immediate supervisor and to the HO Logistics team.   - Ensure warehouse policy and formats are fully in place and oversee their application. - Receive and issue goods and/or commodities as per the ATI warehousing policy and procedures.
