Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead daily operations for assigned road section, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. - Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency. - Monitor progress against schedule and proactively address delays or resource bottlenecks. - Enforce quality control standards and conduct inspections in collaboration with QA/QC teams. - Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations. - Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. - Manage labor, equipment, and material allocation for optimal productivity. - Track section-level expenditures and support cost-saving initiatives. - Validate subcontractor invoices and material requisitions. - Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and internal departments for approvals and reporting. - Prepare and present section progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, standards, and checklists. - Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications. - Support senior engineers in preparing quality documentation, reports, and audit records. - Monitor and record test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Participate in internal audits and help track corrective/preventive actions. - Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues. - Maintain proper filing and documentation for compliance and audit readiness. - Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
