It uses a state-of-the-art laboratory facility equipped with the latest technologies to provide accurate, reliable and timely patient results with reasonable pricing model. This JV Diagnostic Laboratory Center (JV DLC) was established and operated under the Joint Venture Engagement of Millennium Healthcare Enterprise and Retina Pharmaceuticals. It strives to maximize reasonable revenues while also maximizing positive health impacts on the community and the environment. The JV DLC will offer a comprehensive range of services for patients, researchers and academicians and will contribute to meet the unmet need of the healthcare system in the country.

The Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires a friendly and efficient individual with strong cash handling skills and attention to detail. The Cashier will ensure a smooth and positive checkout experience for all customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service: 

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

  • Provide prompt and courteous service.

  • Answer customer questions and resolve any issues.

  • Thank customers for their purchases.

Transaction Processing: 

  • Accurately scan or enter product information into the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Process cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment.

  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.

  • Handle coupons, gift cards, and other promotional items.

  • Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.

Store Operations: 

  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

  • Replenish supplies and bags as needed.

  • Assist with bagging items.

  • Follow all store policies and procedures.

  • Alert management to any discrepancies or issues.

Security and Compliance: 

  • Adhere to all cash handling and security procedures.

  • Prevent and report any instances of theft or fraud.

  • Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Salary: Negotiable

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and 3 years of experience on sales 

  • Experience:

    • Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

    • Basic math skills.

  • Skills:

    • Highly familiar and working on physical cash register machine.

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    • Strong cash handling skills.

    • Ability to operate a POS system and use ERP system.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Basic computer skills.

    • Friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Considerations:

  • Industry-Specific Needs: Experience on health care industry is preferable.

  • POS System: Ability to use POS system, 

  • Availability: Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
