Job Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the branch. The primary focus is to drive membership growth, oversee the loan portfolio, and ensure exceptional service delivery to all SACCO members while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (MA/MBA/MSc): Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector (Banking, SACCO, or Microfinance), with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc): Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, with at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
