Role Overview:
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle incoming calls and orders, resolve complaints, provide accurate product information, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and our internal teams. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing accurate product, pricing, and delivery information.

  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct.

  • Record and manage customer complaints, following up to resolution and escalating urgent issues to the Sales Operational Manager.

  • Coordinate all customer communications through the Sales Operational Manager.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, orders, complaints, and resolutions.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
