Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the Property Administration systems used in the Company and initiate necessary improvements in communication with the  Top management; 

  • Develop and employ a systematic mechanism and procedure to exercise efficient inspection of property ;

  • Establish and revise the policies, procedures and work instructions of Property Administration;

  • Work closely with other department staff to ensure compliance with Property Administration policies and procedures;

  • Follow up proper maintenance and insurance coverage of the Company’s buildings,  vehicles, equipment and other fixed assets with the aim of having an efficient service in place;

  • Oversee and facilitate fixed and current asset inventory in cooperation with concerned work units;

  • Ensure regular submission of Property Administration activities reports to the Top management;

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply Management, Material Management or related field

  • Minimum of 8 years and above related experience in property management

  • In-depth knowledge of and understanding of property administration theory, policies, procedures and practices 

  • Effective knowledge of assets and office facilities management

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skill
