Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the product’s services to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Identify market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Set sales targets, create sales plans, and monitor progress against targets.
Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the ocean freight industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

Masters or Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing
5 years or above work experience (Logistics experience preferable)
