Job Description

Mekhil Empowerment and Training Center is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our 3-month SME Training Project. We invite competent applicants for the following positions:

Contract Type: Project-based (3 months)
Location: Addis Ababa
Female applicants only

Key Responsibilities

  •  Preparing and submitting all reports on time

  • Organizing and managing documents and files

  • Coordinating and arranging hotel bookings, travel, and related logistics efficiently

  • Assist in coordinating training programs for SMEs.

  • Manage trainer communication, schedules, and follow-ups.

  • Handle event coordination including venue setup and participant management.

  • Prepare announcements, training schedules, and documentation.

  • To Prepare and run need assessment question 

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and record management.

  • Assist in preparing reports, attendance sheets, and training materials.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Language, Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant, Training Assistant, Event Coordinator, or in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, email management, and Google Workspace.

  • Prior experience in training coordination is a strong advantage.
