The Machine Operator at SINEGA is responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of production machinery. This role ensures that yarn, paper, or processed food products are manufactured according to quality standards and production schedules while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, start, and operate specialized production machinery (spinning frames for yarn, pulp/press machines for paper, or processing/packaging equipment for food).
Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet SINEGA’s quality specifications. Adjust machine settings (speed, tension, temperature) as needed.
Basic Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, oiling, and minor mechanical adjustments.
Report technical malfunctions to the technical team immediately to minimize downtime.
Safety & Hygiene: Strictly follow safety protocols and wear protective gear. In food production, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of production quantities, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the shift.
Job Requirements:
Education: TVET Level III/IV or College Diploma in General Mechanics, Machining, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field. (12th Grade complete with significant experience may be considered).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing plant. Experience specifically in textile (yarn), paper mills, or FMCG (food) is highly preferred.
