Duties and Responsibilities

• Menu planning & innovation: Design diverse menus reflecting culinary trends and guest preferences.

• Food preparation & presentation: Supervise cooking processes to ensure taste, quality, and visual appeal.

• Kitchen management: Lead kitchen staff, assign duties, and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Inventory & cost control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.

• Customer engagement: Customize meals and respond to guest dietary needs.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Technology.

• Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP or equivalent).

• At least 2–5 years of professional kitchen experience in Hospital, hotels & restaurants.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of international cuisines and hospitality service standards.
