Job Description

Raras Technologies is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Admin (Secretary) to manage and oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will provide high-level secretarial support, ensure efficient office management, and maintain effective communication within and outside the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level secretarial, clerical, and administrative support

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative procedures

  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems efficiently

  • Ensure availability and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and machines

  • Receive, welcome, and assist visitors and manage incoming calls professionally

  • Take, record, and relay messages from clients and stakeholders accurately

  • Manage executive calendars, meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and arrange catering services

  • Supervise office cleanliness and ensure a professional working environment

  • Maintain, manage, and archive company documents of historical and operational importance

  • Manage company stamp usage on official letters and reports signed by authorized personnel following standard procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial and Office Management, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields

  • Proven experience in an executive secretary or office administration role is an advantage

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, databases, email, and social media tools)

  • Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
