We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal & Compliance Officer to support the organization’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. The role is ideal for a young legal professional who wants hands-on exposure to corporate law, regulatory compliance, contracts, and internal governance while growing under senior supervision.

• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents

• Communicate and coordinate with external lawyers, legal consultants, regulators, and government offices

• Assess applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and brief management on legal and compliance implications

• Support the development, review, and updating of internal policies, procedures, and compliance manuals

• Ensure company operations align with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

• Monitor legal and regulatory updates and assist in translating them into practical internal actions

• Maintain and manage legal documentation, licenses, permits, and statutory records

• Assist with company registrations, renewals, and regulatory filings

• Provide legal research, summaries, and compliance briefs for internal stakeholders

• Support internal audits, investigations, and compliance reviews

• Assist in handling labor, disciplinary, and internal compliance matters under supervision

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• LLB Degree from a recognized university

• Passed the exit exam

• 0–2 or up to 3 years of relevant experience (internship experience counts,)

• Basic knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Well-written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document management tools

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take responsibility
