Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Personnel Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate posting of transactions. - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. - Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. - Ensure all financial activities comply with accounting standards and company policies. - Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission (VAT, withholding, income tax). - Support budgeting and forecasting processes. - Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation. - Monitor and improve internal control systems. - Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance.

BA Degree in Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow). - Record and reconcile general ledger entries. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. - Process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of end-to-end reconciliation of YaYa Wallet transactions across wallet systems, integrated banks, EthSwitch, billers, merchants, and remittance partners. - Perform daily high-volume transaction reconciliations between Wallet transaction logs, bank settlement statements, Switch (EthSwitch) reports, internal control, and clearing accounts. - Identify, analyze, and resolve reconciliation breaks, including missing or delayed transactions, duplicate postings, reversals and failed transactions, timing differences, and incorrect settlements. - Maintain and monitor clearing, settlement, and suspense accounts, ensuring balances are accurate and fully explained. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and exception reports, including aging analysis of unresolved items. - Follow up on unsettled transactions and disputes with banks, EthSwitch, and partners to ensure closure within agreed SLAs. - Support month end and year end financial closing by providing reconciled transaction data and variance explanations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. - Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. - Optimize the company's working capital to improve financial stability - Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s assets. - Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.
